Shades By Jay is open source software released under the MIT License. This means:
- You may use, copy, modify, and distribute the components freely

When you create an account with us through OAuth providers (GitHub or Google), you agree to:

User Contributions
When you submit components to Shades By Jay, you agree that:
Ownership & Rights
- You own or have the right to submit the content
- Your submission does not infringe on any third-party rights
- You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your contribution
- Your contribution will be released under the MIT License
Content Standards
Submitted components must NOT:
- Contain malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts
- Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
- Include offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate others or misrepresent authorship
Review & Moderation
We reserve the right to:
- Review all submissions before publication
- Reject submissions that don't meet our standards
- Remove content that violates these terms
- Modify or improve submitted components
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Spam or send unsolicited communications
- Scrape or harvest data in bulk without permission
Intellectual Property
The Shades By Jay name, logo, and branding are our property and may not be used without permission.
Individual UI components in our library are released under the MIT License and may be used freely as described in that license.
User-submitted components remain the intellectual property of their creators, licensed to us and the community under the MIT License.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
We do not guarantee that components will work in all environments or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Shades By Jay, its creators, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruption or computer damage
- Cost of substitute services
- Any damages resulting from use of the Service
Indemnification

Termination
